What to Expect
The Overnight Desert Safari extends the standard evening programme for guests who want to experience the quieter camp after most visitors leave. After dune activities, dinner and entertainment, overnight arrangements are provided at the camp, followed by breakfast and the scheduled return.

Pickup, Drop-off and Timing
Pickup and drop-off
Pickup and drop-off are available from complete hotel or residence locations in Dubai and Sharjah without an additional pickup charge. Your exact pickup time is confirmed through WhatsApp.
Timing
Evening pickup follows the normal safari window. The exact breakfast and return time are confirmed through WhatsApp according to the season and camp operation.

Children, Health and Safety
Child and age information
Children aged three years or younger can join a desert safari free of charge. Guests older than three years are charged the regular adult package price. Please provide each child’s correct age and request any required child seat before booking.
Safety information
Dune bashing is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with serious back or neck conditions, significant heart conditions, recent surgery or another condition affected by sudden vehicle movement. Disclose relevant conditions before booking. A direct camp transfer may be requested, subject to availability. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional if unsure.
Payment, Confirmation and Cancellation
Payment and confirmation
Advance payment is not normally required for a standard desert safari booking with fewer than 10 guests, although availability and payment arrangements must be confirmed through WhatsApp. Groups of 10 or more require a 50% advance. Cash, card, bank transfer, secure payment link or another available arrangement may be confirmed directly. Card details are never collected on this website.
Cancellation and refund
Cancel through WhatsApp at least five hours before the confirmed pickup time for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations received less than five hours before pickup qualify for a 50% refund; the remaining 50% is a late-cancellation charge. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

No. Submitting the Overnight Desert Safari enquiry allows the team to check availability. Your booking is confirmed only after Dubai Safaris Tours confirms it through WhatsApp and any required advance has been received.
Are Dubai and Sharjah pickups available?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off from complete hotel or residence locations in Dubai and Sharjah are available without an additional pickup charge, where transport is included in the selected package.
What is the child price?
Children aged three years or younger join free. Guests older than three pay the regular adult package price.
What should I wear?
Wear light, comfortable clothing and secure footwear. Bring sun protection and a light layer during cooler months.
