Where is desert safari pickup available?
Pickup and drop-off are available from complete hotel or residence locations in Dubai and Sharjah without an additional pickup charge for packages that include transport.
Do regular safari bookings require advance payment?
Advance is not normally required for a standard desert safari with fewer than 10 guests. Groups of 10 or more require a 50% advance. Other services require an advance amount confirmed through WhatsApp.
Are attraction tickets included in city tours?
Paid attraction tickets are excluded unless explicitly confirmed. Half-day tours mainly use photo stops; full-day private tours may allow optional separately purchased entry when time permits.
Can I request a private transfer anywhere in the UAE?
Yes. Send the exact pickup and destination, date, time, passengers, luggage and preferred vehicle for an individual quotation, subject to availability.
What are the approximate evening safari times?
Pickup is usually between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM, with return between approximately 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Times can change with the season, pickup location, traffic and operational requirements. The final pickup time is confirmed through WhatsApp.
How long is a morning safari?
The experience lasts approximately four hours. Pickup before sunrise is recommended, but the exact time can be adjusted to the customer’s request and operational availability. Sunrise viewing is not guaranteed. Final pickup and return times are confirmed through WhatsApp.
What is the desert safari cancellation policy?
Cancel through WhatsApp at least five hours before the confirmed pickup time for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations received less than five hours before pickup qualify for a 50% refund; the remaining 50% is a late-cancellation charge. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
What payment methods are available?
Payment may be arranged through cash, card, bank transfer, a secure payment link or another method confirmed through WhatsApp. Card details are not collected on this website.
What is excluded from a standard safari?
Unless specifically included, alcoholic drinks, personal expenses, long camel rides, quad bikes, ATVs, buggies, professional photographs, souvenirs, upgrades and other unlisted activities require additional payment.
Who should avoid dune bashing?
Dune bashing is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with serious back or neck conditions, significant heart conditions, recent surgery or another condition affected by sudden vehicle movement. Disclose relevant conditions before booking. A direct camp transfer may be requested, subject to availability. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional if unsure.
What is the minimum age to drive an ATV or buggy?
The minimum driving age is 15. Passenger age, licence requirements, insurance and any damage deposit are confirmed before payment.
Do city tours include attraction admission?
Standard tour prices cover transport and listed sightseeing or photo stops. Paid attraction tickets are excluded unless explicitly confirmed.
When is a transfer confirmed?
A transfer is confirmed after vehicle availability, final price acceptance, receipt of the required advance and a WhatsApp confirmation from Dubai Safaris Tours.
What is the transfer cancellation policy?
Cancel through WhatsApp at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup for a full refund. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before pickup, 50% of the amount paid is refunded and 50% is retained as a late-cancellation charge.
Is transfer waiting time included?
The first waiting hour is free. A charge applies after that and is confirmed through WhatsApp. Applicable parking is separate unless confirmed as included.
