Enquiries and booking confirmation

Submitting a website form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. A booking is confirmed after Dubai Safaris Tours confirms availability and the final arrangement, and after any required advance has been received. The customer must check the service name, date, pickup location, guest count, vehicle and included activities in the confirmation.

Prices and payment

Advance payment is not normally required for a standard desert safari booking with fewer than 10 guests, although availability and payment arrangements must be confirmed through WhatsApp. Groups of 10 or more require a 50% advance. Cash, card, bank transfer, secure payment link or another available arrangement may be confirmed directly. Card details are never collected on this website.

Advance payment is required for this service. Dubai Safaris Tours will confirm the exact advance amount, accepted method and instructions through WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; confirmation follows availability approval and receipt of the required advance.

No card details are collected or stored directly by this website. A quotation can change before confirmation if the route, guest count, vehicle, date, activity or other requirement changes.

Children

Children aged three years or younger can join a desert safari free of charge. Guests older than three years are charged the regular adult package price. Please provide each child’s correct age and request any required child seat before booking.

Desert safari pickup and timing

Pickup and drop-off are available from complete hotel or residence locations in Dubai and Sharjah without an additional pickup charge. Your exact pickup time is confirmed through WhatsApp.

Pickup is usually between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM, with return between approximately 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Times can change with the season, pickup location, traffic and operational requirements. The final pickup time is confirmed through WhatsApp.

The experience lasts approximately four hours. Pickup before sunrise is recommended, but the exact time can be adjusted to the customer’s request and operational availability. Sunrise viewing is not guaranteed. Final pickup and return times are confirmed through WhatsApp.

Activities, exclusions and medical disclosure

Alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, long camel rides, quad bikes, ATVs, buggies, professional photographs, souvenirs, upgrades and other unlisted activities require extra payment unless the chosen package explicitly includes them.

Dune bashing is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with serious back or neck conditions, significant heart conditions, recent surgery or another condition affected by sudden vehicle movement. Disclose relevant conditions before booking. A direct camp transfer may be requested, subject to availability. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional if unsure.

The minimum driving age is 15 years. Guests must follow the guide’s safety instructions and use helmets and stated safety equipment. Unsafe, reckless, negligent or unauthorized use may stop the activity and may make the customer responsible for resulting damage. Driving-licence requirements, insurance, any damage deposit and passenger minimum age are confirmed before payment.

City tours and attraction tickets

Standard city-tour prices cover transport and listed sightseeing or photo stops. Paid admission is excluded unless explicitly confirmed. Half-day tours generally do not allow time for paid entry. On a full-day tour, a customer may enter an attraction when the itinerary allows, but buys the ticket separately and accepts that time inside may reduce other stops.

Private transfers

Advance payment is required to confirm a private transfer. The required amount and payment method are confirmed through WhatsApp after the vehicle and final price are agreed.

The first hour of waiting is free. Waiting charges after the free hour are confirmed through WhatsApp. Applicable parking is paid by the customer unless explicitly included. Additional stops, route changes or extended waiting may change the final price and will be confirmed with the customer.

A transfer becomes confirmed after the vehicle is available, the final price is accepted, the required advance is received and Dubai Safaris Tours sends confirmation through WhatsApp.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate names, ages, contact details, pickup and destination information, flight or terminal information, passenger and luggage counts and relevant health conditions. Follow local law, venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Additional costs caused by inaccurate information, unauthorised route changes, reckless activity use or damage may remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable and confirmed.

Operational changes

Weather, traffic, government directions, religious observances, venue access, mechanical issues or safety requirements may change timing, route, activity order or entertainment. Dubai Safaris Tours will communicate material changes and available alternatives where practical without making unsupported guarantees.
