The Hatta Basic Package is a shared mountain day trip for guests who want transport and sightseeing without booking a private vehicle. The route focuses on scenic roads, public viewpoints and the Hatta area’s best-known outdoor landmarks. Paid activities at Hatta Wadi Hub or other venues are separate.

Pickup, Drop-off and Timing
Pickup and drop-off
Pickup and return are arranged from the customer’s complete Dubai or Sharjah location. The exact time and route are confirmed through WhatsApp.

Attraction Ticket Policy
The listed price covers transport and the stated sightseeing or photo stops. Paid attraction admission is not included unless Dubai Safaris Tours confirms it in writing. Half-day tours generally use photo stops because time is limited. On a full-day tour, optional entry may be possible when the itinerary allows; tickets are purchased separately and time inside can affect the remaining route.

Cancellation and refund
The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed through WhatsApp before advance payment. Any confirmed written terms form part of the booking.
