Pickup, Drop-off and Timing
Pickup and drop-off
Door-to-door pickup is arranged using the complete location supplied by the customer. Airport passengers should provide the airport, terminal, flight number and scheduled time.
Timing
Pickup time is confirmed through WhatsApp. No fixed journey time is promised because traffic, route, weather and operational conditions can vary.

- Provide the complete Dubai destination
- Airport drop-offs require the terminal and departure details
- Vehicle and driver are subject to availability
- The first hour of waiting is free. Waiting charges after the free hour are confirmed through WhatsApp. Applicable parking is paid by the customer unless explicitly included. Additional stops, route changes or extended waiting may change the final price and will be confirmed with the customer.

Children, Health and Safety
Child and age information
Child seats must be requested in advance and remain subject to availability. Passenger and luggage requirements must fit the confirmed vehicle.
Safety information
Passengers must use available seat belts and follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions. Do not request passenger or luggage loads beyond the confirmed vehicle arrangement.
Payment, Confirmation and Cancellation
Payment and confirmation
Advance payment is required to confirm a private transfer. The required amount and payment method are confirmed through WhatsApp after the vehicle and final price are agreed.
Cancellation and refund
Cancel through WhatsApp at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup for a full refund. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before pickup, 50% of the amount paid is refunded and 50% is retained as a late-cancellation charge.
